Nutrido Program™
Hippocrates once said, “Let food be thy Medicine and medicine be thy food”. This statement has been the driving force behind the Nutrido Program TM. Given the Important role of diet in preventing of diseases and maintenance of good health, the Nutrido Program TM was developed in the year 2015 to provide the necessary information and learning experiences required to reinforce voluntary nutrition related practices or behavior amongst target students. Our Nutrido program employ the use of game design elements to improve dietary behaviour in adolescents. We have received support both locally and internationally for the promotion of the nutrido program. Grants like “Grand Challenges Canada” are one example of the support that has been given to the program.
Our goal is to improve dietary behaviour in adolescents
