Mr. Sonny Okolo is the president of the African Center for Innovation and Leadership Development (ACILD). He is responsible for ACILD’s operations in Abuja, Nigeria.  He is in charge of developing, enforcing, and revising ACILD’s policies and procedures.  He is also responsible for staff recruitment and facility management at ACILD.  Mr. Okolo provides strategic mentoring and training for the organization and has more than ten years of experience in human resource management. He specializes in person-centered care, implementation and monitoring of individual care plans, and resident assessment and file management. Mr. Okolo has been in the care industry for more than a decade. He has vast experience monitoring clients with developmental disabilities and adhering to patient care plans. Mr. Okolo is an Engineer at the Corporate Affairs Commission, Maitama Abuja.  He has directed engineers, designers, and technicians on a variety of high-value projects and initiatives. Additionally, he has collaborated with on-site directors, operations managers, and supervisors to increase the efficiency of engineering projects. Mr. Okolo is a minister at Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries in Abuja, Nigeria. Mr. Okolo has a master’s degree in engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Chartered Engineer (CORENR19271), and Nigeria Computer Society (NCS).
